GG FIT LEVEL I
The GG-Fit Plan is designed for individuals that want a customized workout plan designed for them. With this plan option, you will have a face to face meeting or Video/conference call (virtual clients) with a Geri Gonsalves Fitness Trainer to do an assessment in order to kraft your customized plan. You will have e-mail access to your trainer following the initial assessment call/video conference. NOTE: This plan level does not have a customized meal plan option, or access to the Geri Gonsalves Fitness App.
